I have a problem with my sphincter/rectum/ cavity?

I have been staying with my grandparents at their home in sarasota florida for the summer, and I kinda have a problem I need to resolve by myself to spare myself the embarrment. I found a 'Max Pump' in my grandfather's bottom sock drawer and I placed it over my rectum and engaged it, thinking I would find it pleasurable. Instead I was shocked to feel the insides of my rectum cavity come out backwards inside out and the protruding rectal cavity wont go back in place! It's been about a day now, and any advice short of going to the doctor would be appreciated. thanks!
