H1N1 virus at my school?

there is a case of the H1N1 virus in my elementary school and i need and i need an answer back real fast. Should i go to school or not? They are going to be disinfecting the school ( WHOLE) and keep the boy/girl with the virus home for at least 1week, which today in my state that would be from Thursday 2 next Thursday. And also i have a cold, and im not "well" enough to get any other germ into my body. So say if the person with the virus had a bro or sis and caught the virus and brought it back to our school that's why im kind of worried!! I need a answer no later than Thursday afternoon which is tomorrow
