I think that two of my former best friends have been ually abused? How do I know?

I really do not want to ask them. One of them may become too angry (she has anger problems) and the other one is pretty fragile. The angry one went into a mental hospital and although she it out, she is on antidepressants and she is overly ual (she was always kind of flirtatious). She told me that she gave a guy a hand job on the school bus and another under the lunch table. A lot of girls hate her and she brags to me about how she can give guys blue ... (kind of immature, we're both 17). The other one, she was always really sweet in middle school but she would always apologize. She was really quiet and too apologetic. When she hit HS, she became... pretty loose and she has pretty suggestive pictures on her myspace (one displaying her bare ) and she told me that she ran away and was homeless (she dropped out of school). I live on the other side of the country. What do you think?
