UFC Undisputed 2010 question?

Ok so I have a question about the ground game. Every once and awhile when I get taken down during the take down they don't even go to full guard. They p right to side control during the take down, how do I do this? Another thing I want to learn is when my opponent is in full guard I try to kick him off after about the 2nd or 3rd try right after I finish trying to kick them off they p right into side control. And the same thing when there in side control I try to transition than he pes right to full mount. How the he'll do I do these? These things cost me 6 fights in a row. Could someone please help me out! And by all means I'm no rookie at this game my online score is 62-31 my past 6 losses been from theses 2 things and I realized if I learnt these moves I would be unstoppable with them along with reversals. Thanks!
