Hi my 110cc pocket bike wont start?

i have a 110cc x18 pocket bike i was riding it the other day and out of no were it starts to slow down on me i crossed a street and it just turned off i tried to kick start it but nothing. so i had to walk it home for 5 miles and i thought it was the spark plug that just gave up so i went and bought a brand new one i installed it and still nothing i put fresh gas in it cleaned the carburetor and changed the oil but nothing i really need help please help me out
