Is it true that in Usa black women/white men couples are the rarest interracial pairings... ?

...involving blk women. i ask it cause i live in LA and i see a lot of black women with hispanic and asian men but i never see a blk. girl with a white guy , the same thing happened when i was in Nyc , DC, and Philly. also is it true that the rare bf/wm couples are always composed by foreign born males?
