Network connection help?

I had a power outage and ever since that time my desktop, running Windows 7, connected to my router through a wireless connection lost connection. It connects fine to the neighbors unsecured wireless connection. My network works fine on laptops around the house and plugged in directly. Anybody know whats wrong?
