MTG: Which card for my Red deck?

Which card should I get for my red deck? Ball Lightning or Hell's Thunder? Both are really good and I can get either for about them same price but I can't decide on which one. For reasons that are top secret (its because I'm cheap...) I can only buy 1 or the other. Thanks!
