I still like him soo much!?

Well basiclly me and my boyfriend split up about 2months ago, but i still like him so much!!! but i dnt want to keep going back to him cause he hurt me once i dnt wanna go through it again. but for some reason i cant stop thinking about him! its like i used to see him everyday now i all of a sudden i dont and its as if ive completly lost him and i hate it. I love him alot and i cant just let him go out of my life forever, Buh wot do i do cause he has been getting close to this other girl. but at the same time he told me he loved me still about 3days ago :S I want him back, buh i duno weather its a good idea : / Pleasee help (:
