Bone worksheet help?.?

Made of connective tissue. Minerals of calcium and phospherous. Soft middle called spongy bone, red marrow produces both red and white cells for the blood. Another name for bone cell is osteocyte. I am not sure about what the cells make perhaps hydroxyappetite the mineral component of bone. The main part of skeleton is the axial skeleton and the rest is the appendicular skeleton. The joint described is a diathroidal or synoval joint, and the hip and shoulder are ball and socket type. Joints that move like a hinge are called hinge joints, bone that slide are called facet joints or plane joints, joints that rotate are pivot joints. An example of a pivot joint is the radial ulnar joint. Ligaments connect bones together tendons attach muscles to bones.
