Okay so this is what I eat on a daily basis....Special K cerial...gs....salad...egg whites....whole wheat bread....and soup. Thats what I have been eating but not all of that in one day lol. Uhmm I aslo work out everyday 30-45 mins walking 2 miles or cardio and I dont eat any junk food. Am I doing good? Will I lose weight doing this?
