My ex girlfriend told me she was pregnant about a week after i dumped her?

my ex girlfriend said that she was pregnant a few days after i dumped her. i told her she was a &%$#ing liar and she left my house. part of me still believed it and it was eating at me. long story short, her relatives start texting me saturday at ~11pm with her phone(who knows if it was actually her) and i was told she was being taken to the hospital. according to texts i received she had lost enough blood to black out and she hit her head on the bathroom sink. then she was driven to the hospital. supposedly she had the miscarriage and a blood transfusion. she only spent about 14-16 hours total in the hospital and was able to wish my family a happy easter via text message. my question is, is this a big lie like my original suspision? the short hospital visit seems questionable? received on questionable ept test picture but no sonogram
