What is the process deobuuk.exe?

I've had a problem with Outlook 2007 crashing when I close it down recently and I sent an error report and now some strange new process called deobuuk.exe has been using up a lot of processing time in Task Manager. Is this a Microsoft debugging tool or something else? I can't find anything about it. I've finally managed to get rid of it after changing its permissions and deleting it in safe mode. If this is a Microsoft debugging process then why does it behaves like a virus and why can't I find any information about it?
