Horrible Rumor? HELP!?

Typical High school/ middle school movie. And someone startd thi rumor because,..okay everyone knows SOMEONE always gets picked on ,teased.but nobody wants it to be them , so they try to make someone else get teased or picked on. They wanted attention. I know...but, i would just ignore it for awhile..thats what i did when a huge rumor was being spread about me. It will eventually blow over and if it doesnt, then stand up and say something .Dont give them their satifion.
