What should I do in this case?

My cousin and I work in an industrial plant producing liquid nitrogen as janitors. We were working around the giant containers of liquid nitrogen. We were sweeping up there and she slipped and fell into the liquid nitrogen. Knowing enough about it, I didn't even try to reach in and save her because I would freeze myself. Unfortunately, my cousin cannot swim either. She sunk to the bottom. I called 911 and they were able to come drain the container. When they did, my cousin was in the bottom completely frozen. Is there anyway to reverse this and to save my cousin?
