You certainly should be able to!! Contact your local college and ask them if they have a study abroad program. If you know what country and school you want to attend... then call that school and see what you will need to be able to go there. You may need something similar to a work visa to go... but in most cases, you can study in any Country. Good luck hun... start with your local schools... then go from there!!!!
